• NVQs in Team Leading and Management from Level 2 to 5

Management Courses:

Step into Management: For supervisors or junior managers who need to understand or revisit the building blocks of successful management (a two day course).

Moving on in Management: For first line/middle managers wanting to develop knowledge and skills and to take management development to the next level (a three day course).

Licence to Lead: For middle and senior managers who are responsible for strategic decision making and policy development in the organisation would benefit from attending this course (a six day course spread over six months).

Our short courses are recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
