SBC Training in association with Harper Adams University College are pleased to announce a unique partnership delivering a number of Leadership and Management NVQ Courses at Level 4:

• Leadership and Management for Care Services NVQ Level 4 – incorporating the Certificate of Higher Education in Leadership and Management of Care Services
• Management NVQ Level 4 - incorporating the Certificate of Higher Education in Professional Development: Management

Each course will be delivered via a blended programme of training and support that will include attendance at group training sessions at approximately monthly intervals, self-directed learning and a mixture of on-line and face to face support from a personal tutor.

These courses will attract 120 higher education credits and learners who successfully complete the NVQ 4 (Certificate of Higher Education) may wish to progress on to NVQ Level 5 or a range of degree courses in Business Management.
