About SBC Training
SBC Training has been delivering high quality training programmes and apprenticeships for more than 40 years. Thousands of individuals have been supported into permanent employment and in their journey towards the achievement of their career goals, contributing to the economic wellbeing of the area.
We listen to what employers are telling us and continue to invest in resources that enable us to focus on training for the future needs of business, without losing sight of the need to respect traditional values and ethics. This has resulted in:

- success rates above national average
- 98% of apprentices continuing in to permanent employment
Group sizes are kept to a level where individuals’ learning needs are fully supported and programmes are customised to ensure that specific employer needs are met. Training is delivered by a blend of dedicated workshops, on line learning and self-directed study. All learners have a named tutor who will support and maintain regular contact with all stakeholders to ensure success.
Pave Aways is proud to work closely with SBC Training to deliver fantastic results through our apprenticeship scheme, careers events, and many work experience opportunities. SBC Training have been a key part of our efforts to tackle the construction skills shortage in Shropshire and the surrounding areas, helping to generate real interest and engagement in what we offer.
