What's Involved

You will develop a foundation knowledge and skillset in a range of construction trade disciplines. The level 1 diploma includes carpentry & joinery, trowel trades, electrical, site safety and general building knowledge. Your course will incorporate a work experience placement with a local company that will allow you to practise the skills that you have developed in the training centre. This course will prepare you for progression onto an apprenticeship in your chosen field. This is a 1 year course suitable for those wanting to develop skills to support an application for apprenticeship.
