Well done to Ella Shail (Pictured right) who has recently achieved a Distinction in her apprenticeship.
Ella has been working at Aico in Oswestry to complete her Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard. The End Point Assessment process consisted of a portfolio showcase, practical observation and professional discussion with Ella achieving a Distinction in all 3 elements.
Undertaking the apprenticeship has helped Ella to develop he skills and her own confidence. Her trainer/assessor, Lee Jones (Pictured left) commented that Ella is “a wonderful young lady whose confidence had continuously grown throughout the duration of her apprenticeship and beyond.”
Kelly Hodgetts, Sales Office Manager and Ella’s Line Manager said “Ella joined the Internal Sales team as a customer service advisor in 2018, initially she was shy and quiet, completely out of her comfort zone. Over the course of her apprenticeship, Ella has worked hard, applying the skills learned during her course to her everyday role. It has been a pleasure watching her confidence grow and her skills develop. She is a valued member of the Internal Sales team and I am extremely proud of her achievement.”
Ella is now continuing to embed her customer service skills into her role at Aico.
