SBC Training is delighted to have received endorsement by Skills for Care for the quality of its training. The endorsement followed a rigorous assessment process which scrutinised all aspects of the organisation’s work delivering training in the Health and Social Care sector which included testimonials from students, apprentices and employers. Learners’ comments referred to the great support from staff, the significant improvement in skills, knowledge and confidence and the ability to take on more responsibility as a result of the courses. Employers commented on well supported training programmes and the commitment of SBC Training staff to learners’ success. Skills for Care acknowledged the high success rates for courses and qualifications which is underpinned by SBC Training being on the national Approved Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers.

SBC Training has long been a significant provider of training within the Health and Social Care sector but this endorsement is an important accolade which confirms the quality of training which care providers can rely on when working with SBC Training.

This recognition comes at a significant time when SBC Training has been successful in tendering for ESF funding which will support organisations across the Marches with courses and qualifications.
