Training Delivery

SBC Training offers a holistic approach to all your training needs. We take your existing working practices, skills and capabilities, identify areas to improve and agree how we propose improve them.

We understand that everyone is different, and therefore we have a flexible approach towards the training process. Our course delegate numbers are kept to a level to allow everyone to be treated individually, and techniques we use ensure that our approach to every programme is varied to meet personal learning styles.

SBC Training aims to promote access to learning and vocational achievement to all groups of people, including those with special learning needs and those working in rural or less accessible areas by offering a variety of modes of access to learning, development and achievement.

Safeguarding Policy – Keeping Our Learners Safe

Statement

SBC Training Safeguarding Policy has a dual purpose:

(1) To clearly state the commitment of each member of SBC to the protection and safety of all learners including young people and vulnerable adults, and to

(2) Describe how that commitment is undertaken

At SBC we have a firmly established culture of equal treatment for all, based on a belief that each of us is equal and different.

This Safeguarding policy is used in tandem with our Dignity at Work and Health and Safety policies.

Our Vision

"To be the quality choice for learners and employers in our chosen areas of training"

Our Mission

"To provide high quality training for employers that meets or exceeds their training needs and increases their individual employee's skills"
