What's Involved
Sessions will cover a variety of topics including:
- Understanding core AI concepts and their importance for your sector
- Identifying AI use that is relevant and beneficial to your role
- Applying ethical and responsible AI practices at your workplace
- Developing a practical AI action plan to elevate your work practices
- Boosting your productivity with Microsoft 365's AI features
- Crafting effective AI prompts for accuracy and better results
- Using organisational data to improve business processes
Delivery
The course will be delivered as 2 days in person running from 9:30am - 3:30pm and 2 half-day Microsoft Teams sessions (9:30am -12:30pm aprox.).
This course will take place on 28 October, 4 November, 11 November and 18 November.
Day 1 and Day 4 will be held at Croud Meadow (the home of Shrewsbury Town FC).
Access to own laptop is essential to the achievement of this qualification.
Costs
The course fees are £675 (+VAT) per person.
Your place on this course could be fully funded through the UKSPF Shropshire Skills Hub Project (Funded by UK Government) if you reside in the Shropshire Council local authority area and are in employment (anywhere).
