This course will provide essential management training that is designed to develop people who are new to or ready to progress into an operational management role.
What's Involved
The Apprentice will complete a portfolio of documented evidence and online activities which will support the knowledge, skills and behaviours. The Apprentice will need to complete the following to gain apprenticeship certification:
Delivery
Following enrolment, learners engage in a blended programme of training and support that will include attendance at group training sessions, self-directed learning, email and face-to-face support from their trainer/assessor as well as an employer mentor.
The end-point assessment is the final stage of the apprenticeship. Including a work-based project and presentation with questioning, and a professional discussion supported by portfolio evidence.
The length of the programme will differ depending on experience, knowledge and skills development but the course should usually take 18 months.

*The course is funded by the Apprenticeship Service. The maximum course contribution is £450.00 per individual but may be fully funded for those organisations who contribute directly to the Apprenticeship Levy.
