A highly interactive blended programme designed to teach professional AI skills and knowledge, opening doors to new career progression opportunities, delivered by a Microsoft Expert in partnership with WeChange.AI.
Delegates will benefit from hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 AI tools, learning to craft effective prompts and apply AI to real business tasks relevant to your role, developing a practical AI action plan tailored to your career goals to showcase your new skills, joining a supportive peer learning community via Microsoft Teams and becoming an AI Champion and standing out in your sector and organisation as someone who can use AI responsibly and effectively.

What's Involved
Sessions will cover a variety of topics including:
- Understanding core AI concepts and their importance for your sector
- Identifying AI use that is relevant and beneficial to your role
- Applying ethical and responsible AI practices at your workplace
- Developing a practical AI action plan to elevate your work practices
- Boosting your productivity with Microsoft 365's AI features
- Crafting effective AI prompts for accuracy and better results
- Using organisational data to improve business processes
Delivery
The course will be delivered as 2 days in person running from 9:30am - 3:30pm and 2 half-day Microsoft Teams sessions (9:30am -12:30pm aprox.).
This course will take place on 28 October, 4 November, 11 November and 18 November.
Day 1 and Day 4 will be held at Croud Meadow (the home of Shrewsbury Town FC).
Access to own laptop is essential to the achievement of this qualification.
Costs
The course fees are £675 (+VAT) per person.
Your place on this course could be fully funded through the UKSPF Shropshire Skills Hub Project (Funded by UK Government) if you reside in the Shropshire Council local authority area and are in employment (anywhere).
