This course is for those who come into contact with medical terminology on a regular basis but who have not come from a medical background. The course is ideal for staff who are new to a medical environment, those who are unfamiliar with medical terms and also for established staff who have not received any training in understanding medical terminology.

- Common abbreviations
- Basic human anatomy and physiology
- Common medication and prescriptions

Costs
The course fees are £100 (+VAT) per person.Your place on this course could be fully funded through the UKSPF Shropshire Skills Hub Project (Funded by UK Government) if you reside in the Shropshire Council local authority area and are in employment (anywhere).
