National Apprenticeship Week 2019 - Blaze a Trail
Thank you to everyone who got involved with National Apprenticeship Week 2019 and helped to inspire future apprentices.
The theme for 2019 was 'Blaze a Trail' which aimed to put a spotlight on the benefits of apprenticeship to apprentices and their employers.
Apprentices at SBC Training and our customers got involved by sharing their apprenticeship experience on our social media channels. We also attended The Apprenticeship Show at The International Centre in Telford, the biggest apprenticeship event in the county, amongst many local employers, colleges and training providers with the aim of promoting local apprenticeship opportunities to those currently looking for an apprenticeship or those making their next-step decisions.
We asked our apprentices about why they chose their apprenticeship, how it has helped them and what advice they would give to anyone considering an apprenticeship. Their responses are below:
