SBC Training has been re-accredited with the Matrix Standard!
SBC Training is delighted to have been re-accredited with the matrix standard which confirms the quality of Advice and Guidance provided to learners throughout their learning journey.
The matrix standard is the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and guidance (IAG), either as their sole purpose or as part of their service offering.
The inspector commented very positively on the close working relationship between learners and staff. She said "It was clear that staff know their learners well, understand their needs and situations and provide support based on these. Learners commented on the individualised and tailored support, they also valued the industry experience of staff and benefits of a small provider."
Employers also provided excellent feedback saying that “We have been absolutely delighted” (with SBC Training),“Its exactly what we wanted”, Communication is very open”, “It’s a reciprocal partnership”, “They are really responsive”
Colin Thaw, SBC Training Managing Director, congratulated staff on the very positive inspection.
