Adopting AI Training Course Completed!
November 18 saw the completion of the exciting new Adopting AI course delivered by Andrew Boxall of WeChange.AI!
The course demonstrated AI use to participants, explained safe and responsible practices and explored Microsoft features.
Events & Marketing apprentice Ffion, of The Movement Centre, had this to say about her experience:
‘I thought it was quite easy to understand - that's coming from someone who isn't tech savvy at all. Andrew was great at making sure we all had our own challenge, even know we were all at different stages of understanding. Everyone seemed to be open and ready to learn about AI, he also shared positives and negatives regarding AI, which was really educational. I have left the course feeling so much more confident using AI and all the apps I didn't even know I could use for free.’
Lilly and Tom from ERG Finance said the following about their time on the Adopting AI course:
‘From both Tom and I, a big thank you to SBC for arranging the Adopting AI course. We both found it really valuable, and the sessions introduced us to many useful tools and apps that we would not have discovered otherwise—these are now massively assisting us with many of our daily tasks in the office.
After sharing what we learned, the team at the office has already been keen to further integrate AI into some of our more repetitive daily tasks. This is allowing us more time to focus on new business and provide a higher level of service to our clients.
We both found the in-person sessions much more engaging, as they gave us more opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and speak with others on how they are using AI.’
Following the end of Adopting AI, Andrew Boxall of WeChange.AI will be delivering a Microsoft 365 and AI focused course on 11 December.
